Cancellation Policy - Right of Withdrawal
- Cancellations or changes in paid reservations have a penalty of 30% of the total value of the package and will be made within a maximum period of 21 calendar days after the request is received.
- Cancellations or changes between 20 and 1 days before the departure date have a penalty of 100% of the total value of the package in Regular Tours.
Refunds
- Once the trip has started, the services included in the plan and not used will not be refundable unless the cancellation is verified due to illness duly certified by a doctor or for the death of the passenger.
